CBS just did a report last Sunday on the Swine Flu.
New information states that they GREATLY overestimated the numbers when talking about the current cases of H1N1 Virus.
It seems that the real information if that the numbers of people in the US who actually have the Swine Flu are in the numbers of 1-2% of all reported cases of “flu like” illness. The number of influenza flu is also overrated and is really between 12-15% of the cases and the other people with “flu like” syptoms are OTHER cases of a virus or bacteria.
This is one of the problems with the Vaccines for the flu…there are so many strains of virus and they change from person to person and from day to day. Just like the fungus that would grow in your fridge of a piece of cheese. It would be different if we tested it on Tuesday as opposed to Wednesday.
Some tips for helping yourself stay healthy:
Simple Measures That Can Help You Fight Illness
- Vitamin D has been well documented to increase the production of over 200 anti microbial peptides that fight infection.
- Eliminate sugar from your diet as that will impair your immune response
- Get plenty of rest
- Exercise appropriately
These are from Dr. Mercola who is great at offering natural and alternative options.
The research shows that getting adjusted also boosts your immune system.
