Decrease your stress…but how?

1. Think positively:  Set goals and expect positive outcomes.

2. Avoid negative emotions: Anger hinders stress managments and may certainly be related to many health problems.

3. Get out and enjoy nature: Isn’t this why we live in Southern California. You need the sunshine to help your body with Vitamin D, which in turn helps with stress.

4. Try aromatherapy: Smelling the essential oils of plants can help you unwind. Think orange, lavender and even peppermint. Nothing fancy needed…use nature.

5. Drink tea: Herbal tea or green tea actually help lower post-stress cortisol and increase relaxation.

6. Remember to laugh: Have you listened to my video’s at the beginning of this web site. I can enjoy myself and still get the information to you.

8. Listen to music: Especially classical has an effect on your central nervous system. It can also relieve pain and reduce anxiety.

9. Try meditation: Focusing on breathing, looking at a candle or focus on a special object you enjoy.
